Superb Account
Gordon Campbell was the Royal Navy's most successful "Q-Ship" commander of the war, and this account is a terrific read. He was cold-blooded enough to deliberately let his ship be torpedoed to try and entice the U-Boat to surface to finish him off. He well deserved his Victoria Cross. A truly fascinating account of how to run a Q-Ship.
